June 30, 2011 10:13 P.M. (Updated: June 30, 2011 10:13 P.M.)
QALQILIYA (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces on Thursday detained three Palestinians in Azzun in the northern West Bank, witnesses said.

Locals identified the detainees as Kathem Mufeed Radwan, 18, Useid Yaser Salim, 22, and Ala Samir Salim, 20.

An Israeli military spokeswoman was not immediately aware of the arrests but said she would look into the report.

During a night raid Tuesday, Israeli forces detained five residents of the town, including a 13-year-old boy.

Israel detained more than 20 Palestinians from Azzun in June, most of whom were aged 14 - 23.
