Israeli army detains 5 in Hebron district

HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained five Palestinians across the southern West Bank district of Hebron on Wednesday morning, taking them to an unknown location.

Ma'an's correspondent said Israeli troops invaded the Ar-Ramadin village in the district, detaining four residents identified as Nayef Mohammad Daghaghmah, 34, Hussein Daghaghmah, 42, Ibrahim Mohammad Hassan Daghaghmah, 35, and Ismail Mohammad Daghaghmah, 22.

In the Idhna village, Nayef Abed Al-Aziz Abu Ijheisha was detained after his home was raided.

An Israeli military spokeswoman confirmed three detentions in the district.
