Projectile fired from Gaza lands in Israel, damaging house

Bethlehem - Ma'an - A Palestinian homemade projectile reportedly landed in the Eshkol Regional Council area, east of the Gaza Strip on Thursday afternoon.

Israeli sources reported that no one was injured, but the rocket caused minor damage to a house. No Palestinian group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.

Meanwhile the Israeli military said an explosion went off near an Israeli patrol jeep near the Gaza border. No one was injured.
