Israeli troops detain 23 Palestinians across the West Bank

Bethlehem - Ma'an - Israeli troops detained 23 Palestinians from West Bank cities early Thursday morning; the men were described as "wanted" by Israel.

Detainees included 11 Palestinians from Nablus, 2 from Tulkarem and 10 from Ramallah, according to Israeli newspaper Yediot Ahronot.
