Gaza - Ma'an - The military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), the National Resistance Brigades, and the military wing of Fatah, the Al-Aqsa Brigades, claimed responsibility on Monday morning for launching three homemade projectiles at the Israeli city of Ashkelon and the Kibbutz of Netiv Ha'asara.

The military groups said in a joint statement that the shelling came in retaliation for the Israel's ongoing "crimes" against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
