Gaza - Ma'an - The military wing of Islamic Jihad, the Al-Quds brigades, claimed responsibility on Wednesday evening for launching two projectiles at the Israeli town of Sderot, bordering the Gaza Strip.

They sent a statement to Ma'an, saying the operation was in response to the continuing policy of detention, adding they would continue to resist the occupation.
