April 13, 2006 3:59 P.M. (Updated: April 13, 2006 3:59 P.M.)
Tulkarm-Ma'an-Palestinian Security sources in Jericho reported that they found the body of a man who had been shot to death in Hay Al Khidiwi, west of Jericho, on Wednesday evening.

The identity of the dead man was not known and it is believed that he is not a resident of Jericho. He is thought to be about 40 years' old and was found next to a burnt car, which is assumed to have belonged to him.

Eyewitnesses told the Ma'an reporter that three unknown youth had led the victim to Hay Al Khidiwi, where they shot him in the head seven times. He was taken out of the car by the youth, who then burnt the car. They then ran away.
