Israeli forces detain 11 Palestinians in West Bank

RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 11 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank, on predawn Monday.

Palestine prisoner’s Society (PPS) confirmed that Israeli forces detained four Palestinians in the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem. They were identified as Wajdi Kathem Thuwabta, Anas Kathem Thuwabta, Nidal Nabiye Thuwabta, and Ahmad Maarouf al-Atrash.

In the northern West Bank district of Qalqiliya, one Palestinian was detained and identified as Ibrahim Arbas.

In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, five Palestinians were detained. PPS identified them as Khaled Abu Zeineh, Feras al-Wahdo, Ahmad Hussein Abed al-Hafith, Ahmad Azmi Hussiniye, and Alaa Ali al-Labdi.

In the northern West Bank district of Nablus, PPS said one Palestinian was detained and identified as Abed al-Qader Asaad Sabah.

According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,450 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons, including 205 minors, 32 of whom under 16 years old.
