JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- Israel banned five Palestinians from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound for various periods, on Wednesday.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center reported that the Israeli police released three Palestinian women and two women, who were detained a day earlier, on the condition of being banned from entering the Al-Aqsa compound for periods between five days to two weeks.

The women were identified as Umm Tareq Raoud, Samah Mahamid and Islam Manasra, and men Nizam Abu Rmouz and Muhammad al-Daqqaq.

Abu Rmouz and al-Daqqaq were requested to show up for more interrogation on the 25th of February, after their ban is over.
