Two Palestinians shot, killed by Israeli forces in Gaza's al-Bureij

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Two Palestinians were killed and others were injured as clashes renewed between Israeli forces and peaceful protesters in eastern Gaza Strip on Tuesday.

The Gaza Ministry of Health confirmed that a Palestinian identified as Nasser Ghurab, 51, was shot and killed with a live bullet in eastern al-Bureij as well as another Palestinian who was shot and killed later in the same area but was not yet identified.

In Jabaliya, a Palestinian youth was injured with a live bullet in the leg near the Abu Safiyyeh area.

Witnesses told a Ma’an reporter that several Palestinians suffered tear-gas inhalation in eastern Khuzaa town in Khan Younis district as Israeli forces showered protesters with tear-gas bombs using a drone.
