NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces on Wednesday razed land in a northern West Bank village to expand an illegal Israeli settlement, a Palestinian Authority official said.

Settlers used bulldozers to raze Palestinian land in the al-Wara area of Einabus village, said Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settler activity in the northern West Bank.

They were accompanied by Israeli soldiers, he told Ma'an.

Daghlas said the settlers are expanding Yitzhar settlement.
